This interim application is filed for amendment to the Appeal memo, and in particular, to the cause title of the Appeal memo and the connected interim application, because the Respondent No.1 has passed away on 10.01.2024. 2.

412-ia-1371-26 parties jontly submit that the legal heirs of late Indu Patel are already parties in the main appeal i.e. the Appellant and the original Respondent No.2. Therefore, the only amendment required is for deletion of the name of the Respondent No.1 from the array of the parties.

Considering both these submissions, the application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to amend the Appeal memo and the connected interim application by deleting the name of the original Respondent No.1 Smt. Indu Parmanand Patel from the array of the parties. Amendment to be carried out within a period of eight weeks from today. Reverification be dispensed with. 4.

The Application is disposed of.
