The present Interim Application seeks amendment of the Schedule of Property annexed to the Testamentary Suit. 2.

There is no opposition to this Interim Application and accordingly, the Interim Application deserves to be allowed in terms of the following order :- : ORDER :

(i) The Applicant is permitted to amend the Schedule of Property annexed to the Testamentary Suit in terms of the proposed amendment set out at page 20 to the present Interim ------------------------------------- Order dated 27th April 2026

22. IA 1409.2026 Mohan Gurnani vs. Dilip Gurnani Application. This amendment shall be carried out, on or before 4th May 2026. Reverification is dispensed with. (ii) Copy of the amended Testamentary Suit shall thereafter be served on all the parties, including Defendant no.2, who is stated to be residing in Singapore and an Affidavit-of-Service to that effect shall be filed, on or before the next date. (iii) The Interim Application is allowed in terms of the above order, with no order as to costs.
