This Interim Application seeks restoration of Testamentary Petition (Lodging) No.36642 of 2022 which came to be rejected under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980, for failure to remove office objections and to obtain registered number. 2.

Ms.Shital Londhe, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that since Court fees could not be paid, the objections could not be removed and therefore the Petition came to be rejected under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980. Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, the Testamentary Petition (Lodging) No.36642 of 2022 is restored, subject to payment of Court fees within a period of one week and subject to removal of other objections within a period of two weeks.
