The captioned interim application seeks the following reliefs: (a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent to readjudicate the claim of the Applicant on the basis of the VISIT documents furnished by the Applicant to the Respondent; (b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent to expedite the re-adjudication of the claim of the Applicant on merits; (c) that for such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; (d) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 5 months, in filing the present Application".

A very fair stand was taken by Mr. Sheth that in the event, the Applicant has any further grievance, he may approach the liquidator, who shall Meera Jadhav
