Both the learned Counsel agree that in view of the pendency of the Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in the Madras High Court, this Interim Application can be disposed with a direction to the Prothonotary & Senior Master to keep the sum of Rs.56,07,439/- deposited in this Court, invested in an interest bearing fixed deposit with a Nationalized Bank to be renewed periodically. Ordered accordingly.
