When the matter is called out, Mr. Kini, learned Counsel appears in the matter and submits that despite order dated 5th August, 2025, the Registry is refusing to extend the time to refund of Court fees and therefore, this Application has been necessitated for an order to issue a fresh certificate.

Mr. Kini has taken this Court through the Interim Application. 3.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered his submissions, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to usual undertakings and indemnities. 4.

The Interim Application accordingly allowed and disposed as above.
