This is an application seeking post-grant amendment to probate granted in respect of Will of the deceased Krishnakant Chandrakumar Jaitha.

Learned counsel appearing for Applicant submits that inadvertently self-acquired property of the deceased which was required to be set out in Schedule I of schedule of assets came to be incorporated in Schedule II setting out HUF property of the deceased. 3.

I have perused the schedule of assets as well as schedule of amendments.

The amendment is sought in schedule of assets to which there can be no impediment.

In light of above, Interim Application is allowed. 6.

Amendment to be carried out within period of three weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.
