Interim Application has been preferred seeking post grant amendment to the probate granted on 30th September, 2019 in respect of the property and credits of deceased Prashant Vijay Jhaveri. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that inadvertently in Item No. 1 of Schedule - I of Schedule of Assets to the Petition, incorrect description of flat was given and amendment is required to be carried out in the description.
