The matter is listed at Serial No.147 and taken up urgently in view of the income tax liability which is required to be paid on or before 31st March, 2026.

Learned counsel appearing for the Defendants does not oppose the Application as in the past, several orders have been passed by this Court granting alternate prayer clause (b). 3.

This Court is inclined to follow the same course and allow the application in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads as under. sa_mandawgad 1 of

502 IA 1585-26.doc "b) In the alternative to prayer clause (a), this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct Respondent Bank to make payment of Income Tax liability of the Estate of Late Jiwanprakash Hingorani having PAN No. AABAE6301R (being SelfAssessed Tax) for an amount of Rs.76,71,610/- from the Savings Bank Account No.00191000051532 held with the Respondent Bank."
