213-TP-5168-2022+.doc having responded and appropriate Affidavit of Service & also appropriate Affidavit of substituted service having been filed, further the citation being issued and not replied to, the requirement for justification of surety of the non-consenting legal heir stands dispensed with.

The department shall accept the Administration Bond and determine the Petition filed on 18.05.2022 as early as possible and in any event within a period of four weeks from today positively. 5.

The Interim Application stands allowed in the terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed.
