As concerned Interim Application (L) No. 9187 of 2026 is pending, there can be no impediment to permit the Applicant to amend the cause title only for the purpose of adding Talwalkar 1 of

45.TS16.2018.doc Respondent Nos. 3 to 8, who are sisters of the Applicant. 2.

In light of the above, , the Applicant is permitted to amend the cause title of Interim Application (L) No. 9187 of 2026 to implead the proposed Respondents as Respondent Nos. 3 to 8. Reverification is dispensed with. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 3 weeks. Amended copy of the Interim Application (L) No. 9187 of 2026 be served upon the Respondents.
