A grievance was raised by Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Respondent, that a copy of the Interim Application has not been served. 2.

Mr. Khandekar, learned counsel for the Applicant disputes this contention and states that a fresh copy will be served upon learned counsel for the Respondent in Court today.
