Considering the relationship, nexus and proximity of nonconsenting legal heir with the deceased who is daughter of the deceased and other four legal heirs being the other daughters of the deceased, the objection raised in the requisition dated 17.02.2025 stands dispensed with.

Department is directed to accept the Administration Bond and affidavit and need for justifying surety of non-consenting legal heir depositing her share stands dispensed with accordingly. 5.

In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
