This matter was kept back in the morning session as Ms.Poojari, Master, Court Receiver's Office, had submitted that certain corrections suggested by the Court Receiver had not been carried out in the Consent Terms.

2.

When the matter is called out in the afternoon session, learned Counsel appearing in the matter tender across the bar Consent Terms / Consent Minutes of Order dated 15th April 2026 submitting that the Execution Application as well as the Interim Applications have been worked out in terms of the said Consent Terms and that the same be taken on record.

Ms.Poojari from the Court Receiver's office has no objection if the said Consent Terms are taken on record.

4.

The said Consent Terms / Consent Minutes of Order dated 15th April 2026 are taken on record and marked "X" for the purposes of identification.

5.

Ms.Poojari also submits that the auction purchaser, who is not present in Court, has waived his right with respect to the Certificate of avk 2/3

Sale that was to be issued by the Office of the Court Receiver and tenders across the bar a communication dated 7th April 2026 of the said auction purchaser which is also taken on record and marked "Y" for the purposes of identification.

The Execution Application as well as the connected Interim Applications to accordingly stand disposed in the above terms. 7.

The Court Receiver to accordingly stand discharged without passing of accounts.
