INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 1979 OF 2026 1.

This Interim Application has been preferred by the Respondent seeking certain reliefs in respect of a certificate dated 9th January 2026 (said certificate) that is stated to have been issued on the letterhead of Holy Family Hospital, Bandra, Mumbai by one Dr. Lipeeka P. The Respondent contends that the said certificate is not genuine and is forged and fabricated. The said certificate was originally annexed by the Petitioner to her Affidavit-in-Rejoinder dated 4th February 2026. 2.

The Petitioner tenders the original of the said certificate to Court. The same is taken on record and marked - "X" for identification. A coloured photocopy of the said certificate will be sent by the office of the

Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court to Holy Family Hospital, who is requested to ascertain as to whether the said certificate was in fact issued by the said Dr. Lipeeka P. on their letterhead of the Holy Family Hospital. This response shall be given/submitted (in a sealed cover) by Holy Family Hospital within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the letter from the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court, which in any event shall be not later than 10th June 2026. The Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court shall send the letter to Holy Family Hospital as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than 18th May 2026.

Considering the above directions, the present Interim Application stands disposed of with no order as to costs. INTERIM APPLICATION (L) NO. 13818 OF 2026 4.

This Interim Application has been taken out by the Petitioner seeking various reliefs. However, as of today, by consent of parties, the limited following order is passed:

:: ORDER ::

(i) Neel Mahal Co-operative Housing Society (Society) shall provide CCTV footage of the camera that is stated to be situated at the entrance of its building. The CCTV footage shall be provided for the period commencing from 9:00 a.m. on 21st March

2026 till 9:00 p.m. on 22nd March 2026.

(ii) The Society is requested to furnish the CCTV footage in a pendrive to this Court as expeditiously as possible and in any event, on or before 10th June 2026.

(iii) All costs and charges, if any, in that regard shall be borne by the Petitioner.

(iv) The Respondent shall provide a copy of this order to the Secretary/Chairman of the Society, as expeditiously as possible and no later than 18th May 2026 under the cover of her letter and take due acknowledgment from the Society. If the Society so chooses, it is permitted to send the pendrive to this Court through the Respondent together with a covering letter confirming compliance of this order. (v) The Respondent shall provide CCTV footage of the camera that is stated to be in the room where Mr. Keky Patell was residing. The CCTV footage shall be provided for the period, viz., from 9:00 a.m. on 21st March 2026 till 9:00 p.m. on 22nd March 2026. This CCTV footage shall be provided in a pendrive to this Court, on or before 10th June 2026.

(vi) Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to seek further reliefs on the present Interim Application on a later date.

(vii) All parties, including the Society, shall act on a Assistant/Private Secretary of this Court.
