This Court is informed that the ward Mr. Keky S. Patell has passed away on 22nd March, 2026. The Guardianship Petition seeks appointment of the Petitioner as a guardian of Mr. Keky S. Patell, who has during the pendency of the proceedings expired. In view thereof, nothing survives for consideration in Guardianship Petition. 2.

The Respondent has tendered an affidavit. The same is taken on Arya 1 of
