Leanred Counsel for the Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 1191 days in filing of Affidavit of Proof of Debt. There is no opposition to this delay being condoned, but given the fact that the delay is substantital and there have been several communications from the Official Liquidator, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that costs to be paid. Learned Counsel for the Applicant does not oppose this.

Interim application is accordingly allowed and disposed of, subject to payment of cost Rs.25,000/- to be paid to the Official Liquidator within a period of two weeks from today.
