ORDER :

This is an Application seeking to carry out certain corrections in the Plaint, in particular, with regard to the addresses of Defendant No. 3, namely, M/s. Western India Steel Private Limited and Defendant No. 11, namely, Executive Engineer H-West Ward office of the corporation.

It is stated by the learned Advocate for the Applicant/Plaintiff that a Schedule for draft amendments has been prepared. He tenders across the bar the copy of it, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

The amendments to the Plaint and the connected proceedings shall be effected in terms of the draft amendments returnable with the present Interim Application.

With the aforesaid direction, Interim Application No. 2053 of 2026 is allowed and finally disposed of.

The amendments as per the Schedule shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from the upload of the order on the

website of this Court and service shall be completed at the corrected addresses pursuant to this Interim Application being allowed.

Stand over to June 10, 2026.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
