The present application has been moved by a praecipe seeking extension of time to comply with the directions contained in paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the order dated 24th April 2026. It is submitted that the Petitioner was suffering from serious medical condition and could not comply with the directions contained in the said paragraph nos. 5 and 6 within prescribed time. 2.

I find that the delay is bonafide and unintentional. Hence, the time to comply with a directions contained in paragraphs nos. 5 and 6 is extended until 1st June 2026.
