This Interim Application seeks permission of this Court to carry out amendment in the Suit and to make consequential amendments as per the schedule.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :

"a) That this Hon'ble Court may allow the Petitioner to carry out the amendment in the Petition and to make necessary subsequent consequential amendment in the petition as per the schedule annexed as Exhibit "C" to the Interim Application." 4.

Let amendments be carried out within a period of 4 weeks with a copy to other side.

Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
