At the outset, learned counsel for the Plaintiff has tendered a draft amendment. The same is marked as "X" for identification and taken on record. 2.
Learned counsel for the Plaintiff points out that the suit has also been rd September 2025. He submits disposed of by a judgment and order dated 23 that all that remains is for Defendant No.1 to hand over the original agreements st July 2024 and 22 nd August 2024 to the Plaintiff. It is in these for sale dated 31 circumstances that the present Interim Application has been filed. 3.
Given the submissions made and also having noted the fact that the Defendants are served and do not appear and noting the fact that the Plaintiff has succeeded in the suit, the amended prayer clause (c), which has been sought for is a consequential prayer and therefore must be allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (c).
