This Interim Application seeks amendment to replace ExhibitF in terms of the Schedule. 2.

When the matter is called out, Mr. Kate, learned Counsel, appearing for the Applicant submits that although the order dated 11th March 2026 declares the Applicant as the only legal heir/representative of both the deceased, however in view of the inventory and valuation of contents inside the Bank locker bearing No.1252 with the Bank of Baroda, Bandra West Branch, the amendment has been necessitated. That therefore the old Schedule (Exhibit-F) would have to be replaced Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

11-IA-3160-2026.doc in terms of the Schedule of amendment annexed to the Application. That this Court may allow the Application.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c), which read thus :

(a) That the Applicant be permitted to carry out the amendment in terms of the SCHEDULE of Amendment and replace the EX-F of the Misc. Petition (L) No. 8525 of 2026 with the SCHEDULE of Amendment annexed to this Application.

(b) That the office be directed to take the paid Court fees Challan on record.

(c) That, the office be directed to issue a Grant of Legal Heirship in the name of the Applicant.

Let the amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks.

Let the prayer clause (b) be complied with, within a period of one week and the Registry to issue the Legal Heirship Certificate within a period of four weeks.

6.

Interim Application to accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
